hello i m moving to Texas, from may, I want to sublease my apartment at bowling green close to WKU campus. pls let me know as soon as possible individual room , bath room( apartment is on 2nd floor ) At the registry apt I have lease up to july 31 xxxx contact me on if you want let me know 385$ for june and 385$ july (include utility) i have paid deposit 150 so they will give you back once ur lease is over here in 31st july you can pay may pro rent for 15 days and 385 for june and july each so total would be 900$(may starting from 15th , june and july 31 xxxx) no need to pat deposit you can negotiate the rent with me but , i need as soon as possible , as i am moving to other state as i m getting married this is 4 bed apartment, included all room individual bath and full furnished apartment, I will not ask to pay for may month pro rate i have already paid for it , no need to pay for 15 days rent in may month you can just come in and sublease it before 15 may. 370$/month all utility included please let me know as soon as possible
